Here is how you can read the book without a kindle.

If you have a Mac go here and install Kindle for Mac.

If you have a PC go here and install Kindle for PC.

Download the book and read on your Mac or PC.

Also, I’m working on getting print-on-demand hard copies available . . . stay tuned.
